We are committed to take steps to address the needs of growing unemployment by providing skills in order to make them employable and help them secure decent work. Skill-building can be viewed as an instrument to improve the effectiveness and contribution of labor to the overall production.

• Develop ultra-low-cost, high-quality, innovative training and skill development
• Provide skill development training in banking, hospitality & tourism, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, financial management, development sector, construction industry and other sectors
• Working as a corporate training partner with banks and financial intuitions, government offices and agencies, multinational development agencies,
• Organizing corporate training programs for corporates and business houses
• Implement Skills Development Project (SDP) in cooperation with national and international partners.
• Support the Government to implement Technical and Vocational Education and Training from various institutions
• Conduct skill development programs through affiliations with government agencies.
